PREOPERATIVE DIAGNOSIS:

Left DRUJ instability and left thumb metacarpophalangeal joint instability due to ligamentous hyperlaxity caused by Ehlers Danlos syndrome.

OPERATIVE PROCEDURE:

Aptis total DRUJ replacement. Left palmar plate fixation and sesamoid metacarpal fixation of the left thumb metacarpal joint.
