OPERATIVE PROCEDURE: Aptis total DRUJ replacement.

PREOPERATIVE DIAGNOSIS: Left DRUJ instability and left thumb metacarpophalangeal joint instability due to ligamentous hyperlaxity caused by Ehlers Danlos syndrome.

OPERATIVE PROCEDURE: Aptis total DRUJ replacement. Left palmar plate fixation and sesamoid metacarpal fixation of the left thumb metacarpal joint.

PREOPERATIVE DIAGNOSIS: Arthritis of the left DRUJ with severe grinding of pain.

OPERATIVE PROCEDURE: Aptis total DRUJ replacement.

PREOPERATIVE DIAGNOSIS: Right DRUJ MP stability.

OPERATIVE PROCEDURE: Removal of plate and screws from right radius. Removal of plate and screws from right ulna. Aptis total DRUJ replacement.

PATIENT NAME: Bob

PREOPERATIVE DIAGNOSIS: Vaughan-Jackson Syndrome. Unable to extend the ring and small fingers. Painful prono-supination.

OPERATIVE PROCEDURE: Reconstruction of the Extensor Mechanism. Tendon grafts to the EDC and EDQ. Aptis total DRUJ replacement.

FINDINGS: Subluxation of the DRUJ. No cartilage on the ulnar head. Attritional rupture of the EDC and EDQ tendons.
